ICC Test Centre

Docklands Sailing & Watersports Centre is an ICC (International Certificate of Competence) Test Centre authorised to conduct ICC tests.

Sailability Club

Docklands Sailing & Watersports Centre is a Sailability Club offering opportunities for people with disabilities to participate and enjoy the water.

Team15 Club

Docklands Sailing & Watersports Centre is a Team15 Club, part of a nationwide network of windsurfing clubs where young people under 16 can learn to windsurf.

Windsurfing is something very different to what school sports can typically offer. Windsurfing keeps you fit; it's exhilarating and easy to learn but offers challenges. It is never dull. It's environmentally friendly, and it doesn't cost the earth. You can do it on your own, with friends or family, or as a team.

Team15 is a nationwide network of windsurfing clubs where young people aged 16 and under can get together to learn new windsurfing skills with their mates on the water. Since the same faces come back regularly, you’ll make new friends as well.

Onboard Club

Docklands Sailing & Watersports Centre is an OnBoard Club, offering children the opportunity to try watersports in a safe, fun and structured environment.

OnBoard is the RYA's children's sailing and windsurfing programme. It allows children to try watersports through their local club or training centre in a safe, fun and structured environment.

Open to all children, OnBoard is a beginner programme that gets people on the water for the first time. Whether you would like to learn how to sail or windsurf, no experience or equipment is needed to get you started. The programme is progressive, and you can work through the RYA Youth Schemes.

As well as getting fresh air and exercise, children's sailing and windsurfing offer various invaluable life skills, from problem-solving to confidence and teamwork.
