About this course

An introduction to the concept of foiling, the equipment and all the knowledge you need to experience the thrill of ‘take off’ for the first time. Progress the pre-learnt skills of Wingsurfing, taking them to the next level and learning to wingfoil. This course will assist you in understanding and achieving your first flights in both directions and gaining the knowledge to increase flight time.

Course fundamentals

Minimum age	No RYA minimum age
Duration	8-10 hours, delivered over a number of short sessions or full days
Course content	Progress the pre-learnt skills of Wingsurfing, taking them to the next level and learning to wingfoil. This course will assist you in understanding and achieving your first flights in both directions and gaining the knowledge to increase flight time.
Certificate or qualification	The appropriate RYA course completion certificate is awarded following successful completion of the course and its prescribed assessment.

Wing skills to the standard of Improve your Wingsurfing (experience foiling in a similar foiling discipline may be accepted by the centre)
