About this course

The RYA Windsurfing Advanced Racing course is for competitive windsurfers looking to improve their race performance. Participants learn advanced tactics, starting techniques, and race strategy. Practical sessions focus on optimizing board and sail performance, managing wind shifts, and handling high-pressure scenarios. By the end, participants will feel confident competing in advanced windsurfing races.

Duration16 hours (or 2 days)
Course contentA predominantly practical course working on the key techniques and knowledge to enable you to take part in open meetings and regional competitions.
Certificate or qualificationYou will have developed your techniques and skills to enable you to confidently take part in higher-level competition.
