Course Content	Transferring pre-learnt skills, techniques and manoeuvres to sail crewed boats. Enhanced understanding of rigging, launching, recovery and the practical skills to recover a man overboard.
Minimum Age	Centre Specific (Please contact your local Training Centre)
Minimum Duration	2 days (16 hours) or equivalent number of sessions
Certificate Issuing Criteria	Can sail a double-handed boat on all points of sail. Launch and return to a beach, jetty or mooring in moderate conditions.
