Fundamentals

Course Content

This course will increase your foil handling and control, taking you from your first takeoffs to sustained flight. It aims to increase confidence and comfort surrounding the practical techniques and theory required to foil, steer, and maintain a course effectively, as well as maintain longer foiling glides.

Minimum Age
None (contact individual centres for under 16s).

Minimum Duration
8-10 hours, delivered over a number of short sessions or full days.

Certificate Issuing Criteria

Confidence maintaining and sustaining flight.
